Ramses -- Aug 2006 Mission

The goal of this mission was to produce a month-long time series of vertical profiles on the outer shelf off GA by flying a small box mission near the R4 Navy TACTS Tower off the Georgia coast. The box was centered on an ADCP bottom mount and together these instruments provided a record of water column variability to study tidal and inertial processes. They were used by C. Edwards to document the occurrence and character of inertial oscillations and also reveal the presence of a semidiurnal internal tide.

The Event Log summarized the details of events that occurred during this particular mission.
