This is our day in Syracuse shot with a Canon A610, a much better camera than the Nikon we used yesterday. The LCD screen for the Canon is cracked, but otherwise it works great. I want to get the screen fixed but never have a window of opportunity long enough when I don't need this camera to send it in for repair. One of the purposes of getting the Nikon we used yesterday was to make that window. But it's not a window I trusted the Nikon enough yet to send away the Canon while on this trip. Good thing, too, because the Nikon proved yesterday it isn't good enough to use on a trip like this.
